create pdf of website with log in

I am trying to capture a blog which is contained in a Drupal site. The blog is not public so the top level page requires a login (username / password).

How can I use Create PDF from URL to capture the entire site?

I have tried logging in with all browsers open (FF, IE & Chrome) and the user logged in. It still defaults to the first page requiring login and then fails to find any additional pages.
