cannot scan with acrobat XI - get msg "Adobe Acrobat has Stopped Working ... problem caused to stop working ..
using Trial Version Acrobat XI on Win 8.1. Phone Support cannot help with Trial Version.
Cannot scan - Message: "Acrobat has stopped working. Problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close program ....."
Support said its a "known problem" and has a fix, but cannot give over phone. Said it sounds like a conflict with 3rd party software. Gave me Forum www.
