It's look like a file is corrupted, you might need to reinstall acrobat :- Uninstall,- restart your computer,- reinstall...Help this will help you.
For all Acrobat user who have this kind of problem. You only need to install Adobe Acrobat 7 series and you will not have problems in the future. NOTICE: Ignore all future updates on later series (8, 9, 10, 11)
The trouble is that I don't have acrobat 7 - surely adobe should give it to me in order to sort this out. I have been battling on for ages with this. Adobe help wanted me to use another user account in windows but that is not a practicable solution.
