accuracy of the OCR when converting image PDF to Word doc

is there any way to increase the accuracy?

i have a document that was originally produced on power point and then scanned into an image PDF. is there any way to accurately convert the image into a powerpoint?

Not really. Especially in light of the described work flow. A better approach would be to work directly with the native PowerPoint file.
