With Acrobat IX Standard, could I scan in a document on an HP all-in-one ptr and save it as a PDF file?

A new health plan which I am going to obtain requires supporting documentation for claims submissions to be scanned in and saved as PDF files before sending to the claims office. Adobe should be seeing more of this from many other people in the near future.

As long as you have the proper drivers for your system, Acrobat XI should recognize the scanner with no problem.

You need a TWAIN driver. Based on the questions related to HP AiO devices I've seen, HP does not seem to ship a TWAIN driver with the device, and you need to download it from their web site. However, if you want to use this device with a Mac, you seem to be out of luck (again, this is based on on first hand experience, but on what I've gathered from other users - I don't use any HP device).
