Unable to access the PDF conversion to MS Word with my Adobe SendNow package and I was told I could.

I purchased the Adobe SendNow Plus package on 24th April 2013 because it offered the ability to convert PDF files to MS Word Files. I have been trying ever since to access the PDF conversion to MS Word.
I have now contacted the Chat facility and after 10 minutes of Chat I was told this was a technical issue and they could not help. They gave me a UK phone number but I cannot get help for another 36 hours because they only work business hours.
I feel let down because I bought a package which does not do what I wanted it to do.
Any advice would be appreciated.

While hosted by Adobe this site (Acrobat Answers) is essentially a user community.

So participants here can provide no comfort regarding what occurred during a chat session.

As to SendNow - it does not have (and never had) the ability to export PDF to Word.
The ExportPDF service provides that.

You will have to take the issue up with Adobe Customer Support.
