There is huge variation on file size every time I edit the file

Hi,
I'm using the Acrobat XI to edit a PDF file of 74 pages, which consist of picture and words (Chinese and English).
I only change the layout when edit(i.e justified the paragraph), then I just simply save the file.
The first time I finish editing, the file size is 43.5MB. The second time it's 12.7MB, the third time is 25.8MB, and for the fourth time, it reduced to 18.7MB. But after that, the size got bigger and 28.9MB.
Is there anything I can do to change this? Thanks!

When you use "Save As" Acrobat removes unnecessary information from the file, which can cause it to become much smaller. When you use Save it simply adds the new information to the old, so the file size tends to become larger and larger. It is recommended to do Save As from time to time (between versions, for example) to optimize the file and ensure a smaller file-size.
