Acrobat's EULA permits one user to have two installs (more specifically Adobe will permit two Activations of the same license). So, you might have Acrobat on a desktop and a laptop.

If you only want to have one install then deactivated, uninstall on computer 1. Then install and activate on computer 2.

The EULA is in the file "license.html" which is tucked away under the Adobe directory on the computer's hard drive.
