Signature Field(s) Detected Acrobat Reader X

Every time I open Acrobat Reader X I get a green banner stating Signature Field(s) Detected Open Sign Pane.


I don't want to sign anything I just want to read the document ,it's an absolute nuisance, how do I turn this off to get rid of it completely? I've looked in preferences but can't see anything.
