I've inserted page numbers into my pdf document. On Some of the pages it looks perfect but on others it is off centered and extremely smaller than what I selected. Is it bc I am printing from excel? What am I doing wrong? HELP!

What is different about the pages where the numbes are different from the pages where the numbers are perfect?Different Excel workbooks? Different worksheets? One of the things that you need to be careful if in Excel is that you set your target papersize to be consistent for all the pages being produced.See if that may target where your issue may lie.ThanksDoug
They are all letter size. My setting is bottom right, .3 left and bottom margin, Arial font size 10. On some pages it comes out perfectly and on others it is really small.

Hurm... this is one of those where I would have to tear into the PDF in question to figure something out... There is something else going on here... Not the forum to be passing the corporate jewels back and forth in...
