PDF files to Word.

I have watched the tutorial on how to convert PDF files to Word.
I have Acobat XI PRO,
And I have signed in satisfactorily.
But when I click on EXPORT in order to convert my students essays into WORD , the TOOLS section doesn't give me the option of CONVERT to WORD.

I just receive a barrage of advertisements to buy the product I've already purchased.

Would you please let me know why it will not work, or what i am doing wrong.

I don't want to do anything advanced or complicated at this stage. I just want to Convert to and Save as WORD

You are mixing two different things here: Adobe Reader has the Export function under Tools, Adobe Acrobat does not have this because you do have that function built into Acrobat. Select "File>Save as Other>MS Word" and then the type of file you want to save to. This will create a Word file right from within Acrobat.
