The cloud services of Adobe, Amazon, Apple, Google and Microsoft have a commonality.
Each, when installed on a computer, create a service dedicated parent directory with child directories.
To have a local file sent to the service you have to save to, move to or copy to the service's directory.
And no, none of these services change any installed applications' default location of Save / Save As.
So, simply use the standard workfow's Save / Save As.
Unless *you* park the file in a service's folder that file isn't going anywhere.
