Answers / Printing & Prepress
I have been having trouble printing PDF files from the internet. It has been happening on different sites. I have tried saving it to my desktop, but when I try to open the files it says "the file is damaged and could not be repaired".When I try to print it, the print preview is completely black and it only recognizes one page.I have checked for updates on Adobe and I have restarted my computer. Neither works.Oddly, I can print a PDF that has been emailed to me or was saved on my computer.Any help is appreciated!

What browser and OS are you using?
When you can actually view a PDF, Is it actually opening up the PDF through the Reader/Acrobat plugin or is using a third-party plug-in? Firefox will do this as it doesn't support the Reader plug-in
It looks like it is opening a pdf file (in Safari at the top it displays the web address, file name then .pdf). I don't use Firefox.I am using OS X 10.8.3 and using Safari 6.0.4. Thanks for your help!
