I can't print out a pdf file with a Ricoh printer

I'm using AcrobatX 10.1.2 and was printing out my pdf files until few days ago. I'm not sure if Acrobat was updated recently, but appearance of the window was changed and cannot print any document. Error message says just "Cannot print" and then "Print pages were not selected" even after I choose pages. My printer is Ricoh SP810, OS is MacOSX 10.7.2. Please solve this problem ASAP.

Is this issue Acrobat specific ? were you able to print from any other application like textedit etc ?

Try deleting the printer and then adding it back again.

Thanks for the quick reply.
Of course I have no problem with other applications. I've already deleted the printer and set up again, but still have a problem. This occurs only when I print the specific pdf files using Acrobat, though those files can be printed with another application "Preview" in MacOSX.
I've never have this kind of weird problem, so wanna get solution.

Have you tried Help > Repair Acrobat Installation?

Lori Kassuba

No, but I couldn't find "Repair Acrobat Installation" menu on help tab...

Acrobat X on Mac does not have Repair Acrobat installation option. Reinstalling Acrobat is the option in this case!!

Thanks guys, but I still have the same trouble even after re-installation of AdobeCS5.5. Now I can print it out with other software, so not necessary to use this weird application.
Hope Adobe would realize and fix this issue when they release the next updata.

The problem is Ricoh. I had the same issue. When I tried to print a PDF from within Internet Explorer to my Ricoh MP C4502, I would get a print window screen that was distorted and when I clicked OK...no print job. Here was the work around that I found and it took care of the issue for me:https://uknowit.uwgb.edu/page.php?id=27078
