I can't print a pdf. It says, "No pages are selected to print." (after telling me: "The document could not be printed.")I tried printing as an image and it only printed the 1st page. Help!

How are your pages numbered? Are they standard numbers?
Have you tried to turn off Protected Mode temporarily to see if this is related? Edit > Prefereces > General category.
Have you tried Repairing your installation (from under the Help menu)?
