I'm trying to scan a two-page document into a pdf using Adobe Acrobat Pro. I'm using a Dell AIO photo 926 printer/scanner (flatbed). The first time I scanned a document, I could choose "Blakc & white document" but now I can't; I can only use "custom scan" which produces an awful scan. Opening that scanned pdf and using the OCR does nothing; it still doesn't recognize text.
