How do I allow all users on the computer save as pdf files

I am the administrator on my computer. My fiance has a user account also. When he is on his user account side, he can not save an attachment from an email as a pdf document. However, when i log into my side of the computer and access his account through mine, it automatically turns the document into a pdf. His side will not even let him open them as a pdf. PLEASE HELP!

There should be an option when you install the application whether to install it for the current user or all users. You probably choose the former... Try re-installing the application and changing this setting.
