How do I get separate sets of bookmarks in a PDF for a Word document with four 'tables of contents'.

I have a Word document that begins with a 'section' containing the regular Table of Contents (TOC) for the text (700p), a List of Tables(400), a List of Figures(85), and a List of Maps(35). The TOC and lists occupy 18 pages at the beginning of the document. The entries for each line in each set are marked with heading styles in the document and have hyperlinks.
How do I get a PDF with the same four sets of text as bookmarks in the PDF? Word to PDF puts all four sets of tables into one set of bookmarks organized by Word heading style level. So does Acrobat using the word document as input.

A PDF can have only 1 bookmarks tree.

You can place create each sub-set under a bookmark of its own, though. So at the top-most level you can have something like "TOC", "List of Tables", "List of Figures", "List of Maps", and then place relevant bookmarks under each of those headings.
