I scanned my tax return (16 pages), somehow several of the pages are out of order. How do I correct this so that the pages appear in order when file recipient opens/prints the PDF?

If you have Acrobat (not Reader), you can open the Pages panel, and rearrange the pages there. Hope this can help.
Open the Pages panel on the left and drag the page icons around until they're in the correct order.
