Thank you again for your support of Adobe and the Acrobat User Community

Until Acrobat XI you had to have an email client installed that supported MAPI.
With Acrobat XI you make use of web mail.
.
So, to answer the "how to" you will have to identify what version of Acrobat you have installed and, because Acrobat / OS compatibility is a variable as well, the OS you are using.
.
Be well...

Mine connects to MS Outlook just fine, but until Acrobat XI and Adobe Reader XI did not connect to my web based email service.

With out more information, we cannot provide much more assistance. Can you provide which Adobe product and version you are using, what your email client you are using or which web based email service you are trying to use?
