When I open a pdf file I get "Error - Cannot find or create the font ArialMT. Some characters may not display or print correctly". Part of the file is unreadable because of this.I am using win 7 64 bit and use adobe reader XI and acrobat Pro 9.5

I just had this error today on my new pc with the same specs. Try this:Open Adobe ReaderGo to Edit/Preferences/InternetUncheck "Display in Read Mode by Default"
Thanks but this didn't work for me. I went ahead and uninstalled adobe reader since I have acrobat pro and didn't need it. I will try to repair installation of my acobrat pro.
