Creating a re-useable template for an epub

Could anyone tell me how to make this footer graphic or direct me to someone that I could pay to have one exactly like this one found as the Free Trial Issue of InDesign Magazine?? I would send a URL but I can't as it's in a PDF format and contains no URL. If anyone responds with an email addy I can send it as an attachment so it's easy for you to see.
Thanks.

Templates for epub? You mean the ePUB format or just generic use (its stuff you can read and it is digital rather than paper so it is "epub" or "ebook")? I ask because "ePUB" and "PDF" are two very, very different formats/technologies. As this is "Acrobat Answers" PDF is fundamental to questions here. Acrobat does not "do" ePUB.

.

As to the PDF you reference. Put the file in skydrive, dropbox, google drive, amazon drive, files.acrobat.com (easy to do if you have Adobe Reader XI). Share the link to the file here by doing an "answer" reply to your original question here in this thread.

.

Be well...

Hi Louis,

Do you mean the red navigation bar along the bottom of the pages with Next, Previous, Content and Full Screen buttons? If yes, that is not a fixed template but a set of buttons placed on each page that creates an illusion it is an immovable control panel. You can read about how page navigation control is done with scripting those buttons at-

Hope this helps,
