I cannot save a PowerPoint file as a PDF file, the error says the document is currently in use. cannot modify it at this time. It is not open in another window. I have been able to save these documents in the past.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there - please describe exactly how you are trying to save as a pdf. There are several ways to do that. I have some ideas but need to know that first. Also, what version of Powerpoint are you using? 2010?
Hey back, My husband and I figured it out. In the PDF save window under Options I had to check the boxes Doc Properties, document structure tags for accessibility, and Bitmap Text when fonts may not be embedded and it works great! I guess the font I used was the blocker. Thanks for your answer and it is Powerpoint 2007.
