Can adobe livecycle pdf's (mainly text and image fields) be edited on MACs and/or IPADS?

I've created a website (flyerpantry.com) that allows users to edit marketing flyers in pdf format created in livecycle. The users will only edit text and insert photographs. Are these options compatible on MACs / Ipads? I have an Ipad 2 and it doesn't seem to work. Any thoughts? Thanks - Todd

If the variable/changeable text fields are actually text fields, text can be entered in them on a Mac, using Acrobat or Reader. Importing images should work too (in Reader if the form has extended rights).

XFA forms are not supported on the iDevices.
