After paying for the X1 Pro upgrade, my Adobe pdf printer is gone. I've searched and tried everything to get it back (install drivers, Re-install the program twice, etc.) to no avail.

Which operating system are you using? If its a Mac, then the Adobe PDF printer is gone (there is a different way to create PDF files on a Mac), if it's a Windows machine, follow the instructions to manually install the Adobe PDF printer on this page: http://blogs.adobe.com/dmcmahon/2012/06/04/acrobat-pdf-printer-missing-after-installation-on-windows-64-bit/
You will have to adjust the paths for your Acrobat XI installation.
