A document for signature created in Acrobat Pro X and tested on the latest Adobe Reader X allows signing but does NOT show a reason field - unlike the example form on: http://tv.adobe.com/watch/acrobat-x/h...When the signature properties are checked the reason field shows "Not available".Using Acrobat Pro to sign works ok.Is this a bug or a feature? We need this reason field for b2b document exchange.

HiIf you have configured the reason in the signature appearance, all you then need to do is go back to acrobats prefernences and in the security tab on the left, click the advanced preferences button, then click the creation tab, then click "Show reason wheen signing"Click ok and job done!Hope this helps?
Thanks - Yes this works - pity this isn't a default setting though.
