When I open some pdf files in Acrobat X Professional (version 10.1.6) the background is completely black. When I open the same file in Adobe Reader XI (version 11.0.2)it opens perfectly. Any suggestions?

Try this: Preference > Accessibility > "un-tick" Replace Document Colors

Since installing acrobat pro I can't print pdf docs and those saved to desktop won't open....
